MEET OUR FOUNDER

Hello, I’m Lori Klein of the Klein Legacy Group.

I spent the majority of my career as a paralegal and worked with some of the finest law firms and attorneys in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  But, at the end of 2017, I was suddenly unemployed, and after two years of applying to hundreds of jobs without success, I decided to change the course of my future. So, I took the state insurance producer exam and created the Klein Legacy Group.

Throughout my life and 28 year career I have noticed a common theme among people. Very few individuals, and particularly women, have adequately planned for their financial future while some haven’t planned at all. I also found that many individuals do not have an estate plan. Whatever the reasons for not planning, it’s time to consider a few things. What would happen if you unexpectedly lost your job? What if you are faced with a divorce situation? What if your spouse or life partner passes? What would happen if you or a loved one is diagnosed with a critical or terminal illness? Everyone thinks they have plenty of time to plan and save for retirement and/or create an estate plan. The reality is there is never enough time.

I think most would agree, the last several months have brought about a lot of self-awareness and realization.  People are not as prepared as they once thought. Early in my career, I worked for an attorney who used to say, “Planning is highly overrated!” Well, not in this instance.  We all should have a plan in place for the “what if” scenario.  And, there is no better time to plan for the future than the present.

Let me help you remove any fear or apprehension you may have. Taking that first step isn’t always easy but I promise you won’t regret it.  Taking control of your financial future allows you to successfully navigate every stage of your life.  Let’s talk and make a plan, so you can live your best life, at every stage, no matter what life throws your way.
