For 12 ½ years, Lori worked as an estate planning paralegal gaining extensive hands-on experience in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives, as well as supporting clients through probate and trust administration. This background gives Lori a deep understanding of how thoughtful planning today can prevent unnecessary stress and expense for loved ones tomorrow, as well as plan for generations to come.
Lori’s experience in insurance and retirement planning allows her to approach each client’s situation holistically. She understands legal structures, financial strategies, and risk management tools, and practical solutions tailored to each family’s goals.
Lori partners with an experienced estate planning attorney to ensure clients receive coordinated, comprehensive guidance. Together, they help clients protect their assets, minimize tax exposure, and create estate plans that reflect their values and intentions.

Robert C. Butler, III is a native Tulsan who has practiced law in Tulsa since 2000. His practice is centered on estate planning, corporate transactional law, and real estate matters. He provides comprehensive legal services including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, title issues, LLCs and other business entities, foundations, charitable organizations, estate administration, and trust administration. Over the course of his career, he has represented a diverse client base ranging from individuals and small estates to large Fortune 500 companies in all aspects of estate planning and corporate transactions.
Mr. Butler is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state courts, as well as the Eastern District Federal Court and the United States Tax Court. He is an active member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations. He has successfully tried domestic, civil, and probate matters in both Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Butler owns and operates Titan Title & Closing, LLC, a full-service title and escrow company serving clients in Oklahoma and Missouri. Through this role, he is a member of the American Land Title Association, the Oklahoma Land Title Association, RPAC, and other real estate-related organizations.
To provide clients with a fully integrated approach to long-term planning, Mr. Butler partners with Klein Legacy Group for retirement and estate planning strategies. This collaboration allows clients to align their legal, financial, and retirement goals into one cohesive plan designed to protect assets, preserve wealth, and create lasting legacies.
Mr. Butler’s mission is to deliver boutique-level legal service to every client, regardless of the size or complexity of their estate. He works closely with each client to develop a customized and comprehensive plan tailored to their unique needs and objectives. She’s now entering the insurance and retirement planning industry, where she enjoys helping clients better understand their finances and feel more confident about their future. Rachel believes retirement income planning should be clear, practical, and personal, and is passionate about guiding clients toward goals that matter most to them.
Portfolio Manager of Gradient Investments, LLC
Kyle Bergacker joined Gradient Investments in 2025 and has more than 15 years of financial services experience. He began his career as a financial advisor for Thrivent Financial. His background also includes roles in investment research and portfolio management of multi-billion-dollar portfolios with large institutional asset management firms.
Kyle earned a degree in applied economics from the University of Minnesota. He’s also a CFA® charter holder, has been awarded the CFA Institute’s Sustainable Investing Certificate, and holds his Series 7 and 66.
Senior Portfolio Manager of Gradient Investments, LLC
Keith joined Gradient Investments in 2018 and has more than 25 years of industry experience. Prior roles include asset management for a multi-billion dollar portfolio with a large institutional asset management firm. Keith is a CFA® charterholder, managed a Lipper Award winning mutual fund, and has been featured in media outlets such as Investor’s Business Daily, Nasdaq, Reuters, and Bloomberg.

As President, Michael is the leader of Gradient Investments and has been with the firm since 2012. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience including prior roles managing multi-billion dollar portfolios for an institutional asset manager. Michael is a CFA® charterholder and is a frequent contributor on CNBC, Fox Business, Barron’s, and the Wall Street Journal.
